I feel Horrible
I feel so horrible. I havent been walking in 4 days, and have no motivation to work out at all. Due to a shortage in help the past 2 weeks I am now working double the nights I ussually work till 3a.m. and then get up around 8 a.m. to take care of my kids and clean house. I have been so physically exhuasted latelty I dont even feel as though I have the energy to do anything.
I have lost 2 pounds this week even though I have not worked out, but that doesnt even help me feel better becuase I know that they were lost simply cuase I have been to tired to fix myself meals.
I hope I can find a way to get out of this slump so I can feel better about myself and have some energy. I have been thinking about buying a new workout video or some new walking shoes so maybe I’ll buy them early and see if they help give me some motivation. Keep your fingers crossed for me.
You can do it. It is hard to exercise when you are drained…try to get in just a 20 minute walk for you….
I learned the hard way that if you dont take care of your body it will stop taking care of you. It sounds to me like you really need some rest right now. I say, concentrate on eating right and dont beat yourself up about not being able to exercise as much as you would like. Take care of yourself for now, and know that you need a break. As long as you don’t binge eat, you will stay on track.
You poor thing. You need to take care of yourself, try not to get so rundown. Don’t worry about not being able to exercise the way you want right now, just rest when you get the opportunity and take care of yourself.
Hang in there…sometimes life disrupts our schedule where it makes it hard to do what needs to be done. Those times..you just have to dig in and get through it. I will be praying that ya’ll get some help so things can get back on track for you. Take care of yourself. I will be praying for someone to step in and give you a break!
